HOW DO I APPLY?

We take our tenant applications straight through Zillow on the property’s Zillow listing. We have found this is the easiest and most affordable for any prospective tenant to complete the application. Wondering what properties we currently have available? Contact us today to discuss.

HOW CAN I PAY RENT?

We offer our tenants a wide range of options when it comes to paying rent including Zelle, Venmo, direct deposit, and more.

HOW QUICKLY DO YOU RESPOND TO MAINTENANCE ISSUES?

We understand the importance of a quick response to any maintenance issues that may arise during your stay. Contact us immediately and we will work to get the issue resolved ASAP.

WILL I SIGN A LEASE?

Yes, all of our tenants will sign a lease agreement to stay at their property of choice.

WHAT IF I MOVE BEFORE THE END OF MY LEASE?

Legally, you will owe a two month penalty when you end your lease early. However, we will work with you to reach an agreeable solution if circumstances warrant a change. By working together to find a new tenant and get the property re-leased ASAP we can help lower your expenses.

RESIDENT HOME FINDER PROGRAM:

Current and past residents are automatically added to our Valued Resident Program giving them special benefits when it comes to purchasing a new home. Preliminary Assistance – We can help connect residents with fantastic lenders that are experienced in helping first-time homebuyers looking to purchase a home. We can also assist in market research and search assistance to identify which type and area of home would work best for them.

Contract to Close – We help residents locate and get the home of their dreams under contract, but it doesn’t just end there. We help negotiate and schedule inspections, obtain financing, home insurance and more!

Home Options – We help our tenants find the absolutely perfect home whether it is newly constructed, traditional resale, or off-market. We have relationships with many investors, home builders, and agents in the area along with access to every on-market home in the area to find our residents the best deal possible.

Moving can be very tedious, but at Top Investors Property Management we strive to make it as easy and as simple as possible. Here will be the steps associated with the move-in process:

● Fill out application through Zillow Listing

● Execute lease and pay all move-in costs associated with property

● Complete Tenant Information Sheet

● Connect applicable utilities

● Move in!!

● Complete and return move-in inspection
