What types of properties do you manage?
We manage residential properties with a minimum rental period of 1 month. Some examples include single family homes, townhomes, condos, and multi-family properties.
Do you provide a report of my property’s activity?
Yes. Each month you will receive a monthly report of all of the activity for each of your properties that we manage. You will also have access to invoices for receipts for any expenses throughout the month and have the ability to run a wide range of reports through our Owner Portal.
